A virtual, livestreamed or in person stretching program that is appropriate for all sizes, shapes, mobilities, and flexibilities. There are many physical and mindfulness benefits associated with stretching including, increasing flexibility, improving range of motion, caring for your muscles, releasing stress and calming your mind. We focus on multiple body parts and muscle groups in these sessions.
